The Sales Development Advertising Strategist partners with Advertising Account Executives to shape strategy and value propositions that meet advertiser goals.
The role requires leading campaign strategy development, market intelligence, and collaboration with internal resources to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in advertising sales.
- Geographic knowledge of designated territory.
- Ability to communicate with multiple internal subject-matter experts.
- Proficiency in PPT and basic graphics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive industry trend analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to deliver market intelligence.
- Partner with internal teams to uncover new business opportunities.
- Lead development of initial campaign strategies for clients.
- Communicate media strategy, data, and audience solutions.
- Develop discovery questions to uncover client goals.
- Support Account Executives in client meetings with insights.
- Evaluate campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
