KTVH, The E.W. Scripps Company’s NBC affiliate in Helena, MT, seeks a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to back our sales operations and work directly with clients.

You will support account executives, input ads, and help ensure campaigns run smoothly to help local businesses thrive. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate billing, and collaboration with traffic, order entry, and layout teams to meet schedules and rate packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in administrative or sales support or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients regarding ad materials, pricing, billing or upselling opportunities.
• Input ads into the ad order system.
• Assist in collecting and composing ad copy and maintaining the account base.
• Coordinate with order entry, traffic and layout to meet advertising schedules.
• Calculate and communicate rate packages to clients and prospects.
• Support Sales Manager on project details including production schedule and rate authorization.
• Facilitate and process sales presentations.
• Generate sales reports.
• Identify and correct billing errors before month-end.
• Input client billing adjustments in the same month as disputes.
• Attend sales training and planning meetings.
• Research problems with accounts and provide satisfactory resolutions.
• Handle daily clerical tasks and prepare rate quotes for customers.
• Distribute advertising materials and sales reports timely.
• Provide exemplary customer assistance.
• Adhere to company policy and performance standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
