Qualifications

• Enrolled at least half‑time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters.
• If on work‑study, must meet satisfactory academic progress.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, route calls, take messages, and provide general information.
• Greet and direct visitors; answer routine inquiries.
• Create advertising proposals for clients.
• Design thumbnails of ads with production staff.
• Schedule ads in accounting software.
• Handle payments and input transactions in accounting software.
• Proof ads prior to publication.
