Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at UNM, enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) for fall and spring semesters.
• Work Study participants must meet satisfactory academic progress.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current clients and answer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Greet visitors, provide information, and route calls as needed.
• Create advertising proposals and assist in designing ad thumbnails with production staff.
• Schedule ads in accounting software and handle payments, entering transactions as required.
• Input client information into accounting software and proof ads prior to publication.
