Spectrum Reach has an exciting opportunity with our In Market Sales Team as an Account Executive to grow our sales, evangelize Spectrum Reach Media Solutions, and expand awareness of Spectrum Reach's offerings to advertisers. We leverage data from our 32 million customers nationwide, along with advanced technology, partnerships, and expertise to reach nearly the entire marketplace.

As an Account Executive, you will lead all sales and client management responsibilities for your book of business, driving revenue through account management and proactive selling of our data-driven media solutions.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Achieve sales and strategic goals
  2. Cultivate and nurture relationships with brands and marketing/advertising agencies
  3. Identify business challenges that Spectrum Reach's media solutions can address and connect solutions to these challenges
  4. Oversee sales forecasting and reporting for your Book of Business
  5. Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, adapting your style to various levels of technical expertise
  6. Deliver client results that foster repeat business

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACH

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
  • 3+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in digital advertising (preferably CTV), media insertion orders, or managed services targeting marketing decision-makers and ad agencies
  • Ability to utilize data in developing and selling media strategies
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions
  • Understanding of the media landscape and advertising dynamics
  • Familiarity with the Adtech ecosystem (ad networks, exchanges, SEM platforms, DSP, SSP, etc.)
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with C-level clients
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally; valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building processes and accountability for goals
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high client service standards
  • Knowledge of media research and planning tools (e.g., Strata, ComScore, Nielsen, GA4)
  • Passion for the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data
