Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, remote Fridays)

Schedule: 40 hours/week | Contract: 6 months (potential to extend or convert)

Our client, a leader in entertainment and media, is seeking a highly organized Associate Account Executive to support Account Executives in driving revenue growth across multimedia and addressable products. This role plays a key part in pre-sale planning, active campaign coordination, and post-sale recaps—helping to manage deal processes, client communications, and internal workflows.

You Will:

• Partner with Account Executives to support advertising sales initiatives across linear and digital platforms
• Input and manage deal data in Salesforce (SalesHub) and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Assist in developing pitch materials, responding to RFPs, and preparing post-campaign recap decks
• Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and research teams to track deliverables and ensure all campaign elements are fulfilled
• Maintain regular client and agency communication, status updates, and reporting

You Have:

• 4+ years of media or advertising sales experience (linear preferred, digital a plus)
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in media math, campaign analysis, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
