Role Overview

As a Cloud Account Executive, you will drive revenue and build lasting client relationships for our Agentforce and Data Cloud products. You will work with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet their business goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage potential customers using your B2B sales experience.
  2. Leverage your knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Agentforce, and Data Cloud to tailor solutions.
  3. Qualify opportunities that match our ideal customer profile.
  4. Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs and assess product fit.
  5. Create and present Points of View (PoVs) highlighting the business value of our products.
  6. Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless sales process and client experience.
  7. Align solutions with clients' strategic objectives and present compelling use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. 2-5 years of full-cycle B2B tech sales, with SMB experience a plus.
  2. Experience with AI and Cloud Data Platforms.
  3. Proven success in growing accounts and selling to C-suite executives.
  4. Ability to build credibility as a trusted advisor and craft business cases.
  5. Strong presentation skills and ability to strategize with teams.
