Job summary

Admitad GmbH is seeking an Account Manager to manage customer advertising campaigns, update promotional materials, and drive partner connections. The role requires strong English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid or remote format in the United States.

Responsibilities include performance analysis, CRM tasks, invoicing, and drafting contracts, while collaborating across internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Account Management or similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Independent worker able to find compromises when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer advertising campaigns, including updating promotional materials.
• Analyze program performance, search for, and connect new partners.
• Monitor program health, moderation, and CRM tasks.
• Draft contracts, applications, and amendments; handle invoicing and AR reconciliations.
• Upsell company products and collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations.
