Job summary

Placements24 seeks an energetic Adventure Tourism Coordinator to develop and manage exciting offerings in the Upington region. You will design tours, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with guides and providers to deliver memorable experiences for tourists.

The role requires 3+ years in adventure tourism, Wilderness First Aid certification, strong leadership and customer service skills, and ability to manage bookings and marketing efforts for domestic and international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in adventure tourism operations, tour guiding, or event management.
• Experience with local attractions in the Northern Cape.
• Certification in Wilderness First Aid or advanced first aid is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Solid risk management and safety procedure knowledge in outdoor environments.
• Experience with booking systems and online marketing platforms is an advantage.
