Job summary

Camp For All Adventure Program Staff are sought to support the Summer 2027 season at the Burton and Chappell Hill locations in Texas. You will facilitate traditional camp activities, encourage campers to try new things, and help create an inclusive, barrier-free environment.

The role begins with an in-depth training to prepare you for activities such as climbing, zip line, giant swing, horseback riding, and aquatic programs, with duties running May 10, 2027 through August 7, 2027.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in leadership and/or volunteer roles.
• Desire to work with the special needs population.

Responsibilities

• Obtains or completes required lifeguard and/or high ropes training.
• Participates in lifeguard and high ropes in-service trainings.
• Participates in staff orientation and training.
• Obtains required First Aid & CPR training.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage a program activity and adapt to camper needs.
• Works with Program Supervisors to maintain activity areas.
• Maintains safety standards as set by Camp For All and the Program Manager.
