Camp For All seeks Summer Program Staff to deliver inclusive, barrier-free activities for campers with diverse needs. You’ll participate in training, run activities like climbing, zip lines, horseback riding, and aquatic programs, and help create a professional, safe camp atmosphere.

The role begins May 10, 2027 and ends August 7, 2027. Compensation starts at $350 per week, with additional pay for certain certifications. Shared housing and meals are provided when groups are on site.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in leadership and/or volunteer roles.
• Desire to work with the special needs population.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in staff orientation and training for Camp For All programs.
• Obtains optional program certifications, including life guarding and challenge course.
• Obtains required First Aid & CPR training.
• Manages an assigned program activity and adapts it to campers’ needs.
• Works with Program Supervisors to maintain program areas.
• Maintains a safe, inclusive environment aligned with Camp For All’s mission.
