Camp For All in Texas is seeking a Program Instructor for the Spring 2027 season to lead inclusive activities for campers with special needs. Training is provided, and the typical work week runs Wednesday to Sunday from February 3 to May 7, 2027.

This seasonal, exempt role starts at $475 per week, with additional compensation for lifeguard or ropes certifications. Shared housing and meals are included when groups are on site, and you will report to the Program Manager.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in leadership or volunteer roles.
• Desire to work with individuals with special needs.

Responsabilidades

• Participates in staff orientation and training.
• Provides program activities and ensures safety standards.
• Works with Program Supervisors to maintain activity areas.
• Adapts activities to campers' needs.
