Job summary

The Coordinator of Seahawk Adventures - Challenge Course at UNC Wilmington reports to the Assistant Director for Seahawk Adventures and supports the operation, administration, and risk management of a comprehensive challenge course program.

The role partners with Campus Recreation staff, campus partners and vendors to ensure safe, high-quality participant experiences with a flexible schedule for evening and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• At least one year of adventure programming experience.
• Experience in challenge course facilitation and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operation, administration and risk management of the challenge course program.
• Support Seahawk Adventures programming, trips, clinics and rentals.
• Collaborate with Campus Recreation staff and external partners; maintain safety standards.
