Job summary

Warm Beach Christian Camps is seeking team members to facilitate adventure activities, supervise high rope elements, and provide hospitality and guest services. Roles include challenge course facilitation, lifeguarding (encouraged), and assisting Guest Services and Kitchen teams.

Must maintain safety, professionalism, and a spirit of service. Positions require CPR/First Aid, Lifeguard certification or the ability to obtain, a valid food handler card, and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or ability to obtain.
• Lifeguard Certification from approved organization or ability to obtain.
• King County Food Handler's Card.
• Valid Driver's License to be authorized to drive camp vehicles.
• Must be able to perform duties safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate belay/spot elements and activities.
• Set up gear, ropes, and knots correctly.
• Instruct and supervise participants on challenge course/high rope elements.
• Maintain safety procedures and manage risks to minimize injuries.
• Assist Guest Services and Kitchen teams as needed.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and fun camp environment.
• Follow a published schedule and adapt to training and shift changes.
