Greensboro Science Center is seeking an Assistant Manager for SKYWILD and FLYWAY Zipline. You will oversee daily aerial adventure operations, supervise staff, ensure guest safety, and maintain equipment in compliance with ACCT standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to make quick, safety-focused decisions in an outdoor setting. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for professional development and guest-focused service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising teams in outdoor/adventure settings.
• Ability to enforce safety standards and ACCT-aligned procedures.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Proven ability to train staff and coordinate daily operations.
