Cotopaxi is opening a new Bend store and seeks a people-first leader to bring its brand to central Oregon. You’ll build a guest-focused retail experience, coach a high-performing team, and drive community connections while delivering on store goals.

This full-time, exempt role requires 2+ years of leadership in retail, comfort with data, scheduling, and a hands-on approach. Expect bonus potential and a dynamic, mission-driven culture.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of 10+ in a retail environment.
• Strong ownership and ability to lead people and build community.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid adaptation.
• Data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Experience hiring, training and developing teams; inclusive leadership.
• Flexible scheduling with fair coverage and team well-being.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for launching new initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Champion authentic guest experiences and guide customers with care.
• Lead on-floor storytelling, connection, and team leadership.
• Coach a best-in-class team to drive sales and local impact.
• Create training moments to energize and develop Guides.
• Live Cotopaxi values and deepen community impact.
• Manage budgeting, P&Ls, inventory, and back-of-house operations.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on strategy and events.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, and development of store staff.
