Job summary

Bridge & Burn is seeking a Bend store leader to run the day-to-day operations, guide a small team, and set the tone for customer service in a growing Northwest brand. You’ll work closely with the Portland team on product, merchandising, and marketing while shaping the Bend store’s identity and community presence.

You’ll oversee hiring, training, and coaching, grow sales, maintain visual standards, and build local partnerships to drive a loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a retail team.
• Experience growing sales and building loyal customers.
• Experience hiring, training, and supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, train, and coach a small team of retail associates.
• Grow sales and build a loyal local customer base.
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising.
• Manage inventory and work with Portland on product flow.
• Use sales data to spot what’s working and adjust.
• Host First Friday events and other in-store gatherings that bring people downtown.
• Build partnerships with other Bend businesses and local organizations.
