Cotopaxi is seeking a Store Manager for our Boise location to lead day-to-day operations, coach a value-driven team, and own P&L for the store. You’ll focus on guest experiences, inventory management, merchandising, and local community engagement to deliver the Cotopaxi experience in-store.

You’ll build a strong team culture rooted in collaboration, inclusion, and purpose, while driving sales, guest satisfaction, and staff development in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of 10+ in a retail environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in leading people and building community.
• Comfort with ambiguity, problem-solving, and rapid adaptation.
• A knack for using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing high-performing teams with inclusive leadership.
• Ability to build thoughtful, efficient schedules balancing business goals with team well-being.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to launch new initiatives and learn fast.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; NetSuite is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varying hours to support team and business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
