Job summary

The North Face in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of Brand Advocates and deliver best-in-class customer experiences while partnering with the Store Manager to drive profitability.

You will coach and develop staff, supervise daily operations, handle hiring and onboarding, maintain visual standards, and ensure inventory control. This full-time role offers a path to leadership and rewards in a fast-paced, inclusive retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising and operations.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and inventory control.
