Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Foundational skills include driving results through store teams and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full responsibility for the store.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Manage expenses, shrink, and drive profitability.
• Support inventory management and store operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability and inclusivity.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
