Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Education, Psychology, or Counseling, plus leadership credentials and at least five years of teaching or administrative experience in youth programming.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Psychology or Counseling.
• Certification in Administration and/or Supervision or Educational Leadership preferred.
• Five years of teaching and/or administrative experience.
• Experience in out-of-school programming.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Advantage Program.
• Nurture partnerships with school administrators, teachers, staff, students, and families.
• Assist in the development of academic instruction and enrichment arts.
• Participate in hiring, training, and supervision of staff.
• Keep informed of trends in youth development and education.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
