Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology or Counseling.
• Proficient in MS Windows XP, Word, Excel, Vista and PowerPoint.
• Two years of direct services to students; experience in out-of-school programming.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and instructors in facilitating academic instruction and enrichment arts.
• Supervise transition from day school to after-school.
• Monitor snack time.
• Assist instructors in managing enrichment arts and academic activities.
• Help maintain program records (attendance, student progress, etc.).
