Job summary

Phi Kappa Psi Foundation seeks an innovative, collaborative leader to serve as Associate Vice President of Advancement Systems & Enablement. This role directs strategy, optimization, and stewardship of our advancement technology, data, and processes to empower staff and volunteers.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee Raiser's Edge NXT administration, data governance, reporting, and systems integrations, partnering across the Foundation and Fraternity.

Qualifications

• Experience in advancement operations or CRM leadership.
• Proven ability to design and optimize fundraising technology.
• Strong data governance and reporting skills within nonprofit contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, optimization, and stewardship of advancement systems.
• Oversee Raiser’s Edge NXT administration and integrations.
• Champion data governance and insightful reporting for staff and volunteers.
• Partner with senior leadership across the Foundation and Fraternity to maximize technology value.
• Mentor colleagues and drive continuous improvement in processes.
