Job summary

The Phi Kappa Psi Foundation seeks an innovative leader to serve as Associate Vice President of Advancement Systems & Enablement. This full-time role aligns people, data, and technology to expand educational opportunities, strengthen leadership development, and increase donor impact.

You will own Raiser's Edge NXT, drive data governance, reporting, and system integrations, and coach staff to maximize technology.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in database administration, data governance, or advancement operations.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, integrations, and user adoption.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with nonprofit fundraising tech such as Raiser's Edge NXT and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead data architecture and advancement systems strategy.
• Oversee data governance, quality, and security across platforms.
• Manage data integrations, migrations, and vendor relationships.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and BI tools for fundraising and operations.
• Train staff and promote adoption of technology across the foundation.
