Job summary

Phi Kappa Psi Foundation seeks an innovative leader to guide advancement systems and enablement. You will own data governance, BI reporting, and the tech ecosystem used for fundraising, donor engagement, scholarship administration, and program delivery.

The role requires seven+ years in data/CRM leadership, strong analytics, and the ability to train and mentor staff. You will drive system integrations, security, and strategic technology investments to support mission impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in database administration, data governance, advancement operations, CRM management, or related tech leadership.
• Expertise in CRM systems, preferably Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and Salesforce.
• Experience leading system implementations, conversions, integrations, upgrades, and user adoption.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple technology platforms for fundraising, stewardship, and program operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Systems Strategy: architect and administer advancement tech infrastructure.
• Data Integrity, Governance & Operations: ensure data quality and governance across platforms.
• Data Analysis, Reporting & BI: produce dashboards and actionable insights.
• Advancement Enablement, Training & User Support: train staff and promote technology adoption.
• Internal/External relationships: partner with leadership, finance, and vendors.
