Answers in Genesis is seeking an Advancement Specialist at our Erlanger, KY location to efficiently process incoming, non-recurring donations in a part-time role within Donor Relations.

The position supports mission alignment with our SERVE core values and involves accurate data entry, CRM updates, and coordinating with volunteers on receipts and thank-you mailings.

Qualifications

• Must sign Statement of Faith.
• Regularly attends a local Bible-believing church.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Aptitude to learn database.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.
• Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done.
• Sort mail ensuring donations are related to proper accounts.
• Process incoming donations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prioritize incoming donations for processing.
• Notify assigned staff of donations received per established protocol.
• Answer donation-related calls as needed per established protocol.
• Manage donation paperwork archive.
• Assist with recurring donation management.
• Enter donor communications in CRM.
• Assist in facilitating processing of receipts by volunteers as needed.
• Assist with thank you card or postcard mailings as needed.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Knowledge of Answers in Genesis ministry a plus

Education & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry preferred
