Job summary

Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, MA seeks an Advancement Services Manager to manage CRM databases, donor records, and reporting to support fundraising priorities. You will optimize data integrity, steward gifts, and generate analytics for campaigns.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement, you will collaborate with a small team, identify major donors, and help strengthen the school’s connection with alumnae, parents, and friends. Some evenings and weekends will be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in nonprofit operations, data management, technology or fundraising.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on experience with fundraising databases (Bloomerang a plus) and advanced Excel.
• Strong capability to synthesize data, track financial metrics, and produce accurate financial reconciliations.
• Eagerness to be part of a small team and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends for school events.

Responsibilities

• Database & Data Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems (Bloomerang, Veracross) to ensure data integrity and security.
• Operations & Stewardship: Implement office-wide policies and recognition programs to strengthen donor relationships.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports, dashboards, and constituent data segments for campaigns and decision-making.
• Prospect Research: Identify and profile potential major donors using wealth screening tools.
• Gift Processing: Oversee entry, tracking, acknowledgement, and reconciliation of donations and pledges with finance.
• Other duties as assigned
