Job summary

Saint Joseph High School is seeking an Assistant Director of Advancement who will oversee donor data, reporting, prospect research, stewardship, and event coordination to strengthen fundraising and engagement.

The role emphasizes data integrity for constituent records, gift entry and acknowledgments, weekly giving and annual stewardship reporting, Gala planning, and collaboration with Marketing, Enrollment, Alumni relations, and school leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience working with databases and analyzing queries required.
• Experience with event planning preferred.
• Previous fundraising/donor relations/prospect research experience preferred.
• Experience working in a Catholic, non-profit, and/or educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advancement Operations & Database Services: Manage integrity and consistency of constituent records within the advancement database.
• Gift entry, processing, reconciliation support, and donor acknowledgment procedures.
• Prepare and distribute IRS tax acknowledgment letters and donor recognition.
• Produce weekly giving reports, annual stewardship reports, and dashboard metrics.
• Coordinate Gala fundraising events and other advancement-related events.
