Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Three years of database management or related operational support.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data summaries.
• Experience with donor data management and system adoption.

Responsibilities

• Administers Salesforce for Nonprofits and related platforms.
• Maintains data integrity, security, and reliability of donor records.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and data summaries for fundraising.
• Provides user support, training, and resources for advancement systems.
• Collaborates with Foundation leadership to improve processes and data practices.
• Supports fundraising operations, events, and campaigns with data insights.
