Sandy Spring Friends School (SSFS) seeks a highly organized, detail-oriented Advancement Services Coordinator to support the operational foundation of the School’s fundraising and engagement programs. This position is responsible for gift processing, database management, financial reconciliation, reporting and analysis, stewardship operations, prospect research, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. The Advancement Services Coordinator works with colleagues in Advancement, the Business Office, Technology, Admissions, and other departments to ensure that constituent and philanthropic records are accurate, secure, timely, and useful. The coordinator also supports annual reporting—including DASL reporting—and helps create efficient systems that strengthen donor relationships and inform data-driven decision-making.
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
The ability to navigate stairs as part of daily routines; mobility around a large campus with uneven pavement; bending and squatting as required to participate in activities; sitting and standing for long periods of time during the school day; lifting/carrying boxes up to 25 pounds; and the ability to maneuver as necessary within a regular classroom and office setting.
