Job summary

Columbus State Community College is seeking an Assistant Director, Advancement Operations to lead communications, stewardship and data operations, reporting to the Director and guiding a team of specialists to align campaigns and donor engagement with institutional priorities.

This role ensures data-informed decision making using Raiser's Edge, coordinates cross-functional work with Marketing, and oversees alumni relations, events, and fundraising programs, with a strong focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.
• Full Time: 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversees donor stewardship and reporting processes.
• Supervises Advancement Operations team and guides performance.
• Coordinates communications, alumni engagement, and data workflows.
• Ensures data integrity and analytics for campaigns.
