Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • Five+ years in nonprofit fundraising or marketing with annual giving experience.
  • Familiar with donor CRM systems like Raiser’s Edge/NXT.
  • Experience in faith-based organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate fundraising communications across channels.
  • Cultivate mid-level and recurring donors and promote giving societies.
  • Develop donor segmentation strategies for campaigns and events.
  • Identify donors through prospect research and manage portfolio data.
  • Support stewardship and donor recognition events with thorough planning.
  • Generate internal reports and analyze donor behavior to improve strategies.
  • Collaborate on annual fundraising goals, timelines, and premium tracking.
