Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, task assignment, and completion for the UA student worker program.
• Oversee the hiring process of new student workers as needed.
• Coordinate with USF Marketing and other departments to streamline outreach projects.
• Assist with data entry, donor records, and maintenance of the donor database for accuracy.
• Conduct research on constituents for segmented outreach and engagement opportunities.
• Support communications plans across social media platforms.
• Assist in outreach efforts such as stewardship and event registrations.
• Support strategy implementation for University Advancement events.
• Manage the gift acknowledgement process to recognize donor gifts.
• Gather content for Engaging Mind & Spirit magazine.
• Research funding sources for current and potential donors.
• Create personalized communications to constituents and donors (cards, anniversaries, holidays).
• Build relationships with alumni segments and manage outreach.
