Job summary

The Colorado Springs School seeks an organized Advancement Coordinator to support the fundraising program. This role handles the day-to-day execution of annual giving, donor communications and stewardship, grant administration, events, and advancement data.

Work closely with the Director of Enrollment Management, Head of School, Marketing and Communications, Business Office, and volunteers to advance fundraising goals and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fundraising or nonprofit administration.
• 2+ years in fundraising, events, or related field with demonstrated results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual giving calendar and campaigns, ensuring timely communications.
• Prepare content, lists, and reports for donors and leadership.
• Support grants research, proposals, and reporting requirements.
• Manage donor recognition, stewardship, and prospect pipelines.
• Oversee advancement operations, data integrity, and event logistics.
