Job summary

Aspen Country Day School seeks a highly motivated Advancement Associate to support fundraising and external relations across current, prospective, past parents, faculty, alumni, and the Roaring Fork Valley community.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement, you will manage data, process gifts, craft donor communications, coordinate events such as Blue Green Night, and help improve operations using Bloomerang, WordPress, Canva, and Google Workspace to advance the school’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with fundraising platforms and non-profit settings preferred.
• Tech fluency in fundraising tools and digital communications is expected.

Responsibilities

• General team support to advance fundraising and external relations.
• Record-keeping, data management, and gift processing with donor database (Bloomerang).
• Donor communications, stewardship, and impact reporting.
• Plan and support events to cultivate donors and engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
