Job summary

Boise State University Foundation is seeking an Advancement Systems Specialist to manage data flow from external systems into the Foundation’s database, ensuring quality control and supporting lists for solicitations and broadcasts. You will work with the Advancement Systems Manager, build complex queries, assist in reporting, and foster collaborative relationships with campus partners.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 2 years of experience, and experience with Raiser's Edge or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or similar CRM platform preferred.
• CRM superuser/administrator experience preferred.
• Experience with data integration platforms such as Omatic.
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit fundraising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Import records from external sources into The Raiser's Edge database.
• Maintain and update documentation according to standards.
• Create complex queries, exports, and custom reports.
• Provide completed lists and import lists into engagement platforms.
• Analyze and resolve quality control queries to maintain data health.
• Develop macros and formulas to assist departments in data management.
