Job Description: Advanced Wound Care Account Executive
Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are hiring multiple positions for our client, Woundlocal, a mobile wound care practice.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Hunter/Closer for the full-time role of Advanced Wound Care Account Executive. This sales and marketing position targets skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, acute care, assisted living, home health, and hospice programs. The role involves closing deals with professional facilities in the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly personal sales goals and patient quotas for advanced wound care in the assigned region.
- Secure new service contracts with facility partners; manage and update existing contracts.
- Conduct effective sales calls to identify and meet referral community needs, communicating the features and benefits of Woundlocal services. This includes pre/post call planning, rapport building, effective questioning, proposing solutions, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Document and manage sales activities with multiple contacts within each referral source.
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions, fostering ongoing referrals.
- Collaborate with Territory Account Executives.
- Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to increase market share through prospecting, diversification, and strategic call routing.
- Deliver educational presentations and in-service sessions about advanced wound care and Woundlocal services.
- Handle sales administration duties, including Salesforce updates, expense reporting, and timely communication via email and phone.
- Manage sales and marketing expenses to ensure a positive return on investment.
- This is a remote outside sales role, requiring use of your vehicle. Approximately 80% in the field and 20% administrative work.
- Report to the Account Executive under the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based incentives.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical sales, or wound care, with healthcare connections in Laredo a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Own a reliable vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and have valid insurance.
