Andersen Corporation is seeking an Installer II to provide world-class homeowner experiences through window and door installations. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and precise installation of Fibrex and related components across residential projects.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in window/door installation, with a valid driver’s license and strong attention to safety protocols. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Window and door installation experience.
• Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware.
• General understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Must have Valid Driver’s License and deliver product to satellite locations weekly.
• Prepare jobsite for setup and teardown to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assess hazards at the jobsite before starting work.
• Collaborate with other installers to maximize efficiencies.
• Maintain PPE, fall protection, tools and lifting safety at the site.
• Load and unload materials from stock and set up for installation.
