Job summary

Andersen Corporation is hiring an Installation Technician to deliver and install Renewal by Andersen products at customer sites. You will load materials, prepare job sites, and install Fibrex trims while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Role requires physical fit, valid license, and ability to work with field teams. Training and safety certifications are provided as part of the Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Window and door installation experience preferred.
• OSHA regulations knowledge and safe work practices.
• Ability to lift up to 83 pounds and perform physical work.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass fleet check.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and prepare job sites for installation.
• Install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and related components.
• Safely extract and install windows and doors without property damage.
• Audit truck stock and tools; report installation concerns.
• Provide field support and technician direction as needed.
