Andersen Corporation is seeking dedicated installers for our windows and doors. You will be responsible for preparing job sites efficiently and safely, collaborating with coworkers to ensure all tasks are effectively completed while delivering an exceptional experience to homeowners.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate punctuality and a positive attitude. This position offers a pay range of $16.80 to $25.20 per hour and the opportunity for comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet check.
• Basic construction techniques.
• Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
• Proper usage and understanding of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the jobsite for set up and tear down to assure efficient work.
• Assess jobsite for hazards and address them.
• Maintain productivity expectations throughout the project.
• Collaborate with other installers for efficiency.
• Deliver homeowner satisfaction during installations.
• Follow jobsite safety practices and procedures.
• Carry out a daily tool audit and setup protections.
• Provide minor service support as required.
