Bond Vet is seeking an Advanced Veterinary Assistant to join our Chicago-area clinics. You will support patient care during routine and urgent visits, participate in surgeries and dentistry, and educate pet parents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a veterinary assistant.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and IV procedures.

Responsibilities

• Focus on patient care with your team supporting from veterinary assistants and technicians.
• Handle patient handling and husbandry, client education.
• Assist in surgical and dental procedures and anesthesia management.
• Maintain detailed patient records and diagnostic management.
• Administer medications and assist in emergency triage.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to push veterinary medicine forward.
