Job summary

• 1+ years of related insurance experience and/or training.
• Ability to navigate multiple proprietary, vendor, web-based, and standard computer systems.
• Microsoft Office – proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Client Servicing – ability to anticipate client needs and act proactively.

Responsibilities

• Handle the most complex accounts and provide technical guidance to junior support staff.
• Partner with regional underwriters and senior UW Support in end-to-end processing of new and renewal business.
• Evaluate submissions against criteria to determine completeness; document outstanding items and communicate to underwriter for review.
• Assist in broker follow-up to secure outstanding items.
• Prepare documents for reinsurance quotes and post-issuance policy review.
