Responsibilities

• Loads vehicles and equipment with limbs and logs not suited for wood chipping.
• Trims, removes and/or fells trees using climbing equipment, safety belt, and ladder.
• Works on the ground using hand tools like pruners or saws.
• Works aloft to cut branches or trunk sections and lowers them safely.
• Uses tools on the ground to fell trees or split into pieces.
• Maintains safety practices around energized power lines and nearby workers.
