Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an Advance Tire Technician in the United States. This role focuses on replacing, repairing, and rotating tires with hands-on training designed to prepare you for more advanced positions within our family-owned company.

You will install tires, operate tire machines, complete work orders, and assist customers while maintaining a safe, organized shop environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
