Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is seeking an Advance Tire Technician to join our family‑owned tire and automotive service team. In this hands‑on role, you will replace, repair, and rotate tires, with training provided to grow into more advanced positions within our service network.

Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, with overtime and commissions included in the effective rate and weekly pay. This role emphasizes safety, customer care, and strong teamwork in a fast‑paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do
