Job summary

Tire Discounters in Dayton, OH is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician to join our family-owned team. You will learn to install, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training designed to build skills for advanced roles.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
