Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Advance Tire Technician in Shelby, NC. You'll replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to help you progress toward more advanced roles.

You will operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, maintain the shop, assist customers, and deliver a WOW customer experience while upholding safety.

We offer competitive pay of $14-$16 per hour, weekly pay, overtime, and growth opportunities through defined career paths.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role As An Advance Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
