Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer engagement via phone, in-person, and live chat.
• Monitor and triage tickets assigned to the site (DHA GSC or local users).
• Provide hardware/software support, including on-site installation and testing of government equipment.
• Maintain workstation baselines and cybersecurity compliance per Enterprise standards.
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate DHA teams and manage ticket queues.
