Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain public trust.
• On-site, full-time in northern Charleston SC area.
• 4+ years in IAM and security roles.
• Certifications: IAT II, IAM II, CE.
• BS/BA in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer engagement across channels (phone, in-person, live chat).
• Triage and monitor IT service desk tickets and related incidents.
• Provide hardware/software deployment, installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Direct non-site calls back to appropriate support levels and manage queue communication.
• Communicate technical information clearly to customers; support system admin tasks and CMDB baselines.
