Job summary

Actalent in Brockton, MA is seeking a Test Engineer to perform production acceptance testing on electronic assemblies, integrated systems, and finished products to verify performance, quality, and reliability. You will troubleshoot with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers, conduct environmental stress screening, and document findings with clear reports.

This onsite role focuses on NPI support, continuous improvement, and collaboration with design,

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, datasheets, and procedures.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in production or lab environments.
• Experience with Environmental Stress Screening (thermal cycling and vibration).
• Ability to document test results clearly and traceably.

Responsibilities

• Perform production acceptance testing to verify specifications.
• Conduct power-up verification, configuration checks, and electrical performance testing.
• Perform Environmental Stress Screening (thermal cycling, vibration).
• Troubleshoot electrical failures using schematics, wiring diagrams, datasheets, and test results.
• Diagnose issues involving PCBs, wire harnesses, connectors, and power distribution.
• Develop, document, and maintain test plans and acceptance criteria.
